Refund policy

Thank you for placing your trust in our atelier. To avoid overstock, we make every piece to order. Each product is therefore unique and made especially for the person who will wear it.

Exchanges and refunds

If the size you purchased does not fit, it is entirely possible to exchange it for another size, provided it is still available for production. A new 14-day production period will apply after we receive your return, so that we can make the new piece in the right size.

If the piece you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund, which will be processed after we receive the returned order.

Return shipping costs, as well as the cost of sending the new piece, are the responsibility of the buyer. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to carefully read the “Size advice” section and the size guide available on each product page.
